Booking Policy

Thank you so much for choosing me for your nail services! Please take a moment to review my booking policies: 📅 Cancellations & Changes If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me as soon as possible. You may cancel/reschedule your appointment directly through your booking confirmation link prior to your appointment. For advance notice, you may also contact me via email or Instagram DM. For same-day changes, please call the salon directly. ​ ⏰ Lateness Policy If you are running late, please call the salon directly as soon as possible to let me know. Whether we are still able to move forward with your appointment will be discussed at the time of your call. Arriving late without communication may result in your appointment being canceled and NOTED as a no call / no show. 🚫 No Call / No Show Policy If you no call / no show, it will be documented. Two back-to-back no call / no shows will result in being denied future appointments until trust can be rebuilt.
